Our standard inspection is a thorough visual and functional check designed to catch the most common issues. Here's what happens: We open the package and 1) verify the item matches the description (model, color, size). 2) Check for obvious physical defects (scratches, dents, stains). 3) Ensure all accessories, parts, and manuals are present as listed. 4) For simple electronics, we may perform a basic power-on test. Throughout this, we take clear, high-resolution photographs of the item, any serial numbers, and any problems found. You receive a detailed report with these photos in your account. It's not a full laboratory analysis, but it's a powerful tool to prevent 'not as described' surprises.
