During our inspection or check-in process, we will note and photograph any free gifts, samples, manuals, or promotional materials. You then have full control: you can instruct us to include them in the international shipment, store them separately for future use, or, if you truly don't want them, we can recycle them responsibly. The point is, the choice is yours—we don't make assumptions or discard anything without your clear instruction.
