The foundational services are free: your dedicated China address, package reception, and the first 60 days of storage. Our value-added services—like detailed inspection, professional repacking, package consolidation, and special labeling—have fixed, low-cost fees that you choose à la carte. The final major cost is international shipping, which is not our profit center. We charge you exactly what our carrier partners charge us, based on the final parcel's weight and dimensions, which we measure and photograph for you to see. You approve the final shipping cost before we ever send your parcel. What you see is what you pay.
