When the item arrives at our warehouse, we compare it directly to the seller's listing photos. Is the shade of blue the same? Is the material plastic instead of metal? We document any discrepancies with side-by-side photos. You see this report before you pay for international shipping. At that point, you have the power to reject the item and initiate a local return/refund, or negotiate a partial refund with the seller while the item is still conveniently in China. It turns a potential loss into a manageable business decision.
